📌 Reservations

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount, with the remaining balance due by check-in for entry authorization.

Payment at check-in must be made via Pix or in cash.


Hours

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Check-out: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Any changes to these times require prior request and are subject to availability and an additional fee.

🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM


Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before check-in, including no-shows, will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.

In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued.


🐾 Pets

Small pets are allowed upon prior request and approval, subject to an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property’s cleanliness and condition during their stay.


🚭 Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the condominium’s common areas where restrictions are indicated.


🧹 Cleaning and Daily Housekeeping

Please inquire about availability and pricing for cleaning and housekeeping services during your stay.

These services are not included in the rental and must be paid for separately when requested.
